HEY!
DO YOU WANT SOME FREE BOOKS FOR YOUR SCHOOL?
If you're an elementary school teacher or an elementary librarian or maybe even the head of the PTA - PS Publishing has some exciting news...
PS Publishing has an awesome Mission Statement...
Building Children's Character Through Books!
And because of PS Publishing's desire to build character they've decided to give back to those who give so much...educators with their Books4Kids Program!
(From the PS Publishing site) The goal of the Books 4 Kids is to place character-building books in the hands of children who need them. Based on the news stories on any given day, that's all children. In order to reach the largest percentage of elementary-aged kids, the books are distributed through public schools.
Schools receive the books at no cost to them OR to the students who receive them. They are simply gifts from companies and individuals who care about the next generation and the choices they will make for their lives. Teachers and administrators are free to give the books at the time that fits best for their students, with just one requirement. Every student in the class must receive their book at the same time. We cannot instill the message of inclusion by leaving anyone out, which happens all too often during traditional book fairs.
Participating schools can request author readings - again with no cost to the school.
SO WHAT'S STOPPING YOU FROM GETTING SOME AWESOME READING MATERIAL FOR YOUR SCHOOL?
IT ONLY TAKES A LITTLE TIME...
AND REMEMBER THE ACORN YOU PLANT TODAY WILL GROW INTO A MIGHTY OAK - WITH NURTURING (AND A FEW GOOD BOOKS!)
